1.1 Eligibility: This contest is open to residents of Quebec aged 18 and over.
Employees, representatives, and staff of the Montreal Centre for Cosmetic Dentistry & Implants and David&Goliath Marketing Communications, and anyone with whom they are domiciled may not enter this contest.Only one entry per person and per email address is permitted. Registration can be performed online at esthetiquedentaire.com or on Facebook at www.facebook.com/EsthetiqueDentaire. Once registered, you are automatically eligible for subsequent draws. There will be two draws per month for one laser whitening session at our clinic valued at $350.You can increase your chances of winning by "liking" the clinic’s Facebook page. This entitles you to an additional chance to win in all subsequent draws. Upon entering, you will be invited to share the contest with your friends via email, Facebook, or Twitter. You will receive an extra chance to win for every person who enters the contest after clicking on the custom link provided. These additional chances are valid for the duration of the contest and for all subsequent draws.
1.2 Contest Period: The contest period is from 12:00 am, Eastern Time, October 1, 2012 to 11:59 pm, Eastern Time, March 31, 2013. There will be two draws per month. The draws will take place at the Montreal Centre for Cosmetic Dentistry and Implants located at 1255 Blvd. Robert-Bourassa, Montreal, QC H3B 3A9, on both the 15th and last day of the month at 11 am Eastern time. Winners will be notified by phone or email within 5 working days of the draw. The selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill testing question by telephone. Winners will be publicized online at esthetiquedentaire.com or the Facebook page after 11 am Eastern Time on the first business day following each draw.
1.3 Conditions: The whitening prize awarded can only be redeemed on the first three days of the week (Mon-Wed). An appointment must be made in advance. The reservation will be accepted based on availability and will be confirmed one week prior to the appointment. The Prize must be claimed in writing at the Montreal Centre for Cosmetic Dentistry and Implants office, located at 1255 Blvd. Robert-Bourassa, Montreal, QC H3B 3A9 no later than the 30th day of the next month. This offer cannot be redeemed for cash, is non-transferable and cannot be extended. If the appointment is cancelled for any reason, the free whitening cannot be postponed to a later date. The winner agrees to send a picture of his or herself and a testimonial, and authorizes that these be published on the Montreal Centre for Cosmetic Dentistry and Implants website and Facebook page. The winner agrees to have his/her name and city of residence published on the Montreal Centre for Cosmetic Dentistry and Implants website and Facebook page. Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. Any incomplete, illegible or fraudulent entries will not be accepted.
